This service takes 3 working days from receipt of your hair to date we will dispatch . Please allow additional 2-3 days for shipping
When you order this service, you will get an automated email with the address to dispatch your bundles and closure/ frontal. We only accept clean bundles.Our machine made closure wigs are Glueless and require no installation.
Please note we will have to cancel your order and return your hair if any of the below applies
- we receive dirty hair
- we receive hair thats been cut in many pieces
- we receive hair that is not sufficient to make a wig
In any of the above cases, we will refund amounts paid less a £15 fee for inconvenience/return shipping
