TERMS & CONDITIONS

This section is important, please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand everything before finalizing your order. Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions below. ​

DELIVERY

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that is delivered to the incorrect address given.​

Though we endeavor to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; because we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In situations like this, kindly track the parcel and contact the shippers (Evri, Royal Mail, or DHL) to schedule redelivery where appropriate.
PRODUCT
You agree that you have read the item description and you have correctly measured your head circumference.
When you receive your order, you agree to make use of a measuring tape to verify the length/lace size of your wig if you have any concerns about the length/ lace size.
DENSITY EXPLAINED
Our density is stated in grams, 200g means 2 bundles will be used to make the wig, and 300g means 3 bundles will be used to make the wig, it also means if you place the wig on a scale that has a unit of measurement in grams it will weigh a minimum of 200g or 300g or whatever density was stated in the item description on the product page. 
When you receive your order, you agree to make use of a measuring scale to weigh your wig if you have any concerns about the density/weight.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:

- Klarna / Clearpay 
Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case your order might be canceled or you may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping addresses are different. If the order was a gift from someone, we will contact you to provide the means of identification of the card owner.
For any transaction flagged as medium to high risk, we will contact you to request a copy of your Driver's license / ID to verify your identity,  if this isn't provided, unfortunately, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.
REFUND POLICY
BUNDLES, CLOSURES & FRONTALS

Returns or exchanges for hair bundles, closures, and frontals must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. The item must not be used, lace must not be cut, and tags must not be removed.

To process a return or exchange on bundles, closures, or frontals please fill out our returns form HERE within 2 days after the order has been delivered.  Return shipping fees of 5 pounds will be deducted from your refund amount.

After we have received the items with the lace and tags intact, the refund will be approved. Please allow additional days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.

READY TO SHIP WIGS

Returns or exchanges for ready-to-ship wigs must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. The item must not be used, lace must not be cut, and tags must not be removed.

To process a return or exchange for ready-to-ship wigs please fill out our returns form HERE within 2 days after the order has been delivered. Return shipping fees of 5 pounds will be deducted from your refund amount.

After we have received the items with the lace and tags intact, the refund will be approved. Please allow additional days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

CUSTOM WIGS

For Custom-made wigs and wig-making services, all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event of any fault on our part/ sewing defect, we will amend or exchange the wig depending on the circumstances.

If you select the wrong capsize (head circumference) and the wig doesn't fit, we will charge a rewigging fee. Click HERE to see a guide on how to measure your head circumference correctly.

Wigs for amendment/ exchange must be in their original condition, lace uncut, tags, and packaging intact to be accepted.

Clearance sales items are final.

The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to The Hair Site payment methods (ie, Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, Shopify payments) for any reason whatsoever.

In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we will file a claim for the funds at the small claims court and we reserve the right to report it to law enforcement and credit bureaus as a delinquent account.
