This section is important, please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand everything before finalizing your order. Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions below. ​

DELIVERY

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within one hour of placing your order. You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that is delivered to the incorrect address given.​
Though we endeavor to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; because we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In situations like this, it is your responsibility to track the parcel and contact the shippers (Evri, Royal Mail, or DHL) to schedule redelivery where appropriate.
PRODUCT
As our website pictures are taken with studio or natural lighting, colored pre-made wigs may not always reflect the same in person. However, we ensure that we use the same consistency and measurements when creating our colored wigs.
DENSITY EXPLAINED
Our density is stated in grams, 200g means 2 bundles was used to make the wig, and 300g means 3 bundles was used to make the wig, it also means if you place the wig on a scale that has a unit of measurement in grams it will weigh 200g or 300g or whatever density was stated in the item description on the product page.

We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behavior.
Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case your order might be canceled or you may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping addresses are different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.
For any transaction flagged as medium to high risk, we will contact you to request a copy of your ID front and back, if this isn't provided in 24 hours your order will be canceled.
REFUND POLICY
BUNDLES, CLOSURES & FRONTALS

Returns or exchanges for hair bundles, closures, and frontals must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. The item must not be used, lace must be uncut, and tags must not be removed.

To process a return or exchange on bundles, closures, or frontals bought at full price you must contact us via email at info@thehairsite.shop or send us a direct message on Instagram within 3 days after the order has been delivered (determined by your shipment tracking) for us to send you the return shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Once you have contacted us within the timelines stated above and we have received the items, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the method of payment. Please allow additional days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

READY TO SHIP WIGS

Returns or exchanges for ready-to-ship wigs must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. The item must not be used, lace must be uncut, and tags must not be removed.

To process a return or exchange on a ready-to-ship wig, you must contact us via email at info@thehairsite.shop or send us a direct message on Instagram within 3 days after the order has been delivered (determined by your shipment tracking) for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Once you have contacted us within the timelines stated above and we have received the items, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the method of payment. Please allow additional days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

CUSTOM WIGS

For Custom-made wigs, all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event of any fault on our part/ sewing defect, we will amend or exchange the wig depending on the circumstances.

In the event you provide the wrong capsize (head circumference) and the wig doesn't fit, we will charge a rewigging fee.

Please contact us via email on info@thehairsite.shop or send us a direct message on Instagram within 3 days after wig has been delivered so that we can provide you with a return address.

Wigs for amendment/ exchange must be in their original condition, lace uncut, tags, and packaging intact to be accepted.

The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to The Hair Site payment methods (ie, Stripe, Klarna, Laybuy, Shopify payments) for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to report it to law enforcement and credit bureaus as a delinquent account.
